All red wines are produced in the classic style of classic mash fermentation with a longtime contact of the grapeskins, which creates Wines of deep colour, witf flavoursome and powerful fruit aromas and a structure of solid tannins. Thereby the Domaine Bosc Long red wines achieve a long stockability, which makes the wines a pleasure even after years of maturing. 2014 Cuvée du Dôme AOP redwine-cuvee including Cabernet-Sauvignon, Merlot and Syrah in equal parts. Deep smell of cassis and ripe forest-fruits, combined with gentle tanins. Perfect companion to roasted beef and stews.
2011 Reserve AOP, eleve en fut de chene Cuvee of the varieties Syrah, Cabernet-Sauvignon and Merlot, ripened in small oak casks. Powerful fruit flavours with ripened tannins and an impressive lingering aftertaste.
2010 Reserve AOP, eleve en fut de chene Melange of Braucol, Cabernet -Sauvignon and Merlot, matured in small oak casks. Powerfull smell of black berries, caramel and wooden vanilla. Fully fruited, with present tanins.
2009 Reserve AOP, eleve en fut de chene A well balanced combination of Braucol, Cabernet-Sauvignon and Merlot, matured in oak casks. It inspires with impressing flavours of dark berries, added by refined tastes of oakwood and makes it a wonderful drinking experience.
2010 Braucol AOC, eleve en fut de chene Braucol, also called Fer Servadou, is related to Cabernet-Sauvignon and one of the traditional varieties of the region. Combining a powerful structure and impressive tannins, his characteristical flavour reminds blackcurrant, raspberry and peppers. Elaborated in small oak casks, it stays tasty for decades.
