The long contact time with the berry skins gives the wines produced in this way an immense depth of colour, spicy and powerful fruit aromas and a stable tannin structure. This is how the red wines of Domaine Bosc Long achieve their long storage life, which makes the wine a pleasure to drink even after years. For optimal enjoyment, the red wines should be decanted beforehand.
