Muscadelle is planted in small quantities and made into a typical aperitif wine. The overripe, raisin-like berries yielded a high-quality must that stopped fermentation at 12.6% vol. and retained a wonderful honey-like residual sweetness. This was followed by ageing in barrique barrels, which gave the wine a bright cognac colour. The aroma is characterised by notes of dried apricots, in the taste there are nuances of almonds and caramel as well as a penetrating scent of honey and dried apricots, underlaid with vanilla-like wood notes. On the tongue opulent sweetness and splendid fruit, delicate vanilla wood notes.
Sauvignon blanc is one of the most popular white wine varieties. Young, with fresh, juicy acidity, its aroma is clearly reminiscent of gooseberry and green pepper.

A small, exclusive parcel is reserved for Chardonnay, which thrives excellently here. On Bosc Long, it produces a powerful, full-bodied wine with fresh apple-lime blossom aromas and an exotic mango note. The 2017 was fermented entirely in barrique and is bursting with power and body.
Our sparkling wine is a classic Blanc de Blanc made from 100% Chardonnay. Harvested early and matured in a cool place, it is fermented in the traditional way in the bottle and stored on the fine yeast for at least 12 months. After riddling and disgorging, it is a brut sparkling wine with a minimal dosage and is an ideal aperitif, accompaniment to oysters and shellfish or a tingling mood-lifter in all situations.
